Take all ingrediant.Wash rice and rinse it.

Take all vegetable and cut them.cut coriander leaves and grate coconut.

Take pan add oil on it after heated add muster seeds after they cracks add bettale leaf,cumin seeds, curry leaves, grated ginger,crushed green chilli fry for one min.Then add all masala in it and fry for 2 min.Now add all cut vegetable fry it well add Jaggery and Now add washed rice in it fry it well.

Now add all cut vegetable,cashew nuts fry it well add Jaggery and Now add washed rice in it fry it well.After this add 3 cup of boil water in it.Add ghee cook for 5/6 min and then add leaves on it and cook for 10 min.

Tinda masale rice (Tinda masake bhat)is ready to served. Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut and served it.
