Ingredients used:
Pabda Fish
Methi seeds and kasuri methi
Steps

Smear the pabda fishes with salt and turmeric.

Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pabda fishes.

Remove from oil and keep aside.

Now in the same oil add methi seeds.
- 5
Once the methi seeds splutters add the mustard paste.

Now add the fried pabda fishes in the mustard paste and add turmeric.
- 7
Now add the kasuri methi and split green chillies.
- 8
Now let it simmer and cook till oil seperates from the pan.
- 9
Remove from stove and serve hot with steamed white rice.
