Wash and soak basmati rice for 1 hour. In a pan heat oil, put cumin seeds, dry chilli,saute for 1 minutes. Now add chopped onions saute for 4-5 minutes. Add mung sprouts and chopped potato.

Saute for 5 minutes. Add all masala, add soaked rice. Add salt. Make 4-5 whistle..
