I do not have a name for this snack. I make as a morning snack or for guests when I need to make a variety of many kinds of foods for a party. Enjoy!

I do not have a name for this snack. I make as a morning snack or for guests when I need to make a variety of many kinds of foods for a party. Enjoy!
Steps

Boil the potatoes until cooked.

Deep fry your sausages and set them a side to cool.
- 3
Grate the potatoes and add the flour then mix with your hands.
- 4
Cut your sausages into halves or three pieces then pick the dough mixture and use it to cover the sausages completely. Don't make them too thick.

Once you make the dough snacks pack them in a plate and cover with cling film then refrigerate for 25mins. As you wait, prepare cooking oil for deep frying.

Deep fry the snacks until they turn golden brown and then drip off the extra fat.

Serve with ketchup or your favourite sauce :)
