Take a bowl add mashed paneer and palak puree, salt, mix it well then add chopped dry fruits, mix it, filling is ready. Take small portion of this paneer mixture and make a small round ball shape. Keep aside.

Take a bowl add mashed potatoes and beetroot, corn flour, salt, chilli flakes, mix it properly, outer layer of kofta is ready. Now take small portion of beetroot mixture and make a round ball shape, it's make bigger than paneer balls. As shown in fig

Now take beetroot ball and form bowl shape covering. Place the paneer ball in the centre and cover with the beetroot mixture and form a round shape kofta. Then, in a plate spread some corn flour. Now coat the kofta with the corn flour. As shown in fig.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and fry them on medium heat till crispy, take out in a absorbent paper. Kofta is ready. Keep aside.

Take a grinder jar add all gravy ingredients and blend it into a smooth paste.

Heat oil and ghee in a kadai add all grounded masala, salt and cook on low heat some times, or till masala's raw smell goes out. Then add 1 cup water, mix it and cook another for 4-5 minutes. Once gravy becomes thick, lastly add garam masala powder mix it, turn off the flame. Gravy is ready.

Pour the gravy in a serving plate, now cut the kofta into half and arrange it on the gravy, as shown in fig.
