At first in two separate pressure cooker boil banana flower and jack fruit seeds separately.

Now in a grinder grind boiled jackfruit seeds. Now also grind boiled banana flower and grated coconut. In a kadai with two teaspoon refined oil after heating up saute ginger paste and green chilli paste. Add half teaspoon of turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder. Saute them gently before adding two paste. Now cook it in low medium flame for 5 minutes to make the mixture into a dough.

Now switching off the gas make the dough cool for half an hour. Now make some round shape balls. In the mean time grind Gobindovog rice in a grinder with some water to make a thick paste. Add cornflour into the paste. Now in a frying pan heat up 100 ml of refined oil and after pouring the round shaped balls into gobindovog rice paste fry them crisp.

Now fry boris with 2 teaspoon of refined oil. Keep them aside. In the remaining oil fry fennel seeds and sliced green chillies. Add masalas and little bit of water. Saute it for two minutes in low flame. Add ample water into it and also add kashmiri laal mirch powder, laal mirch powder, salt, sugar and turmeric powder.

Now after the gravy gets slightly cooked add fried banana flower balls and boris. Cover the lid. Cook it for ten minutes in low medium flame. Now spread garam masala over the gravy and switch off the gas. Serve it hot with rice.
