  1. 200 gramsfresh carrot s
  2. 1green chilli
  3. 1/2 lemon
  4. Tspoon sugar
  5. Salt
  6. Oil for tadka
  7. Mustard seeds
  8. Pinch of asafoetida
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Few seeds of pomegranate

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash peel and grate carrots.

    To this add salt and sugar.Heat a tadka pan add 1 tspoon oil and mustard seeds allow to crackle.Add chilli pieces and asafoetida.

    Add tadka into carrot.Add coriander leaves and lemon juice.Mix well.Decorate with pomegranate seeds.
