Steps

Cook 1 1/2 cups rice with salt and 1 tbsp oil. Cool completely. This gives almost 4 cups cooked rice. Chop all the vegetables and keep ready.

Make a mix of schezwan chutney, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar. Keep aside. Heat the oil until fully hot. Add in chopped ggg.

Saute well. Add in onions, carrots and French beans. Saute on fast gas for 2 minutes. Add in cabbage, capsicum, spring onion white and salt. Saute on fast gas for 1 minute.

Add in the sauce mix. Mix and add in cooked rice. Mix well.

Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add salt if needed. Lastly, add spring onion greens. Mix. Delicious Vegetable. fried rice is ready. Serve hot with Paneer Chilli Or Vegetable manchurian Or as it is.
