Steps

Peel and grate beetroot & potato

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and green chillies just saute & add sliced onions cook for few seconds

Then add grated potato then add red chilli powder,salt combines well & cook on low flame for 1-2 min.then add grated beetroot

Mix well and cook for another 3-4 min.on a low flame while stirring when cooked properly add garam masala powder mix well and off the flame
- 5
Transfer to a serving dish garnish with grated paneer & chopped green chilli and serve 😋
