In a pan add dhokla atta, curd, ground nuts, grated beetroot, chana dal, salt.

Rest for 2-3 hours. Do tempering with cumin, mustard and sesame seeds. Add green chilli and ginger paste. In a pan add oil and 2 ladle of batter. And slightly spread.

Close with lid and make it on low flame. It will take 3-4 minutes. Your beetroot handvo is ready.
