Take a pan add oil heat add onion stir fry lightly golden brown and remove keep aside/ sam pan potato fr and keep aside/ sam pan fry eggs add 2 pinch salt red chili powder tarmaric powder stir fry remove and keep aside

Now take mixer jar add onion green chili brown onion curd grind well and add gravi stir fry to cook add fry potatoes stir fry to cook

Now add milk powder mix water and add fry eggs cook and add 1glass water for gravi cook well

Now add cream and garammasala and fenugreek leaves coriander leaves green chili stir and flame off

Now transfer into serving bowl garnish coriander leaves fenugreek leaves cream
