Steps

Boil water in a pot.

Once hot add the diced beetroot, diced onion and the almonds and garlic till the beetroot becomes soft.

Once done, transfer the boiled beetroot, boiled onion, garlic and almonds into a grinder and grind into a smooth paste.

Now in the same beetroot water add the pasta, salt and boil till al Dante.

Once done remove from heat and keep aside.

Now in a pan add the butter.

Once it melts add the prepared beetroot paste and cook for 15 minutes.

Once done add the boiled pasta and cook for 5 minutes till the pasta is coated with the beetroot sauce.

Transfer to a plate.Drizzle some parmesan cheese and serve.
