Ingredients

30 minutes
3 - 4 people
  1. 1 cupsprouted moong bean
  2. 1onion 🧅 chopped
  3. 1tomato 🍅 deseed & chopped
  4. 1 tbspchopped ginger 🫚 garlic 🧄 & green chili chopped
  5. 1/2lemon 🍋 juice
  6. 1small pieces of Jaggery
  7. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  8. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  9. 1/2 tspsalt 🧂 or per your taste
  10. 3-4curry leaves
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  13. 2 tbspcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker put cumin seeds let it crackle add chopped onion 🧅 sauté it for2 minutes

    Add chopped ginger garlic & green chili sauté it for 1 minute add chopped tomato 🍅 mix it & add spices mix it & sauté for 2-3 minutes

    Add sprouts mix it with spices & add 1/2 cup water& add jaggery

    Cook for 1 whistle let it cool down completely

    Open the pressure cooker correct the seasoning add chopped coriander leaves & lemon juice
