100 gm of unsprouted moong contains 24.9 gm protein, but on sprouting it increases to 32 gm.
Steps

Heat oil in a pressure cooker put cumin seeds let it crackle add chopped onion 🧅 sauté it for2 minutes

Add chopped ginger garlic & green chili sauté it for 1 minute add chopped tomato 🍅 mix it & add spices mix it & sauté for 2-3 minutes

Add sprouts mix it with spices & add 1/2 cup water& add jaggery

Cook for 1 whistle let it cool down completely

Open the pressure cooker correct the seasoning add chopped coriander leaves & lemon juice

Serve hot with choice of your Khakhara & tea / coffee ☕️
