Steps

Boil water in a pan with salt & ghee then add Ragi flour mix it with spoon 🥄;cover & keep for 10 min

After 10 min remove from pan in a big bowl & knead it till it becomes soft
Make equal size ball - 3
Roll in Ragi flour & roll it with rolling pin on rolling board

Heat griddle on a medium flame 🔥 & roast Ragi Chapati like our normal chapati & apply ghee & keep it

Serve with subzi,dal, dahi choice of your family what ever you like in my home they love to eat with lauki tomato ki Subzi
