Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cupsself-rising flour
  2. 1 cupplain Greek yogurt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix 2 ingredients together and knead until you have a smooth dough.

    Separate into 4 equal parts and roll each part out like a snake. Attach the ends so you have 4 separate rings.

    Boil in a pot for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Drain from the pot and place in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for about 30 minutes, or until they start to brown. Note: Before air frying, you can top the bagels with sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, salt or whatever you like!

What should I add if I use high-protein or all-purpose flour instead of self-rising flour? Thanks in advance
