In a heavy pan add pomegranate,sugar,mint leaves & water & keep on flame 🔥;cover & cook on medium flame till 10 -12 minutes

Switch off flame 🔥 let it little cool down & strain it after complexly cool down add lemon 🍋 juice

Make Sharbat … take a glass add 3 tbsp pomegranate Concentrate + little pomegranate + 2-3 mint leaves + pinch of black salt / chat masala

If you have soaked chia seeds add 1 tsp & pour chilled water stir it once & serve chilled
