Start by taking your bread and flattening it with a rolling pin. Cook the pepperoni in water for about 1-2 min then remove and set aside.

Start assembling your pizza by putting a spoonful of the pizza sauce then add the pepperoni, then the cheese. Roll it up and seal the edges by pressing a fork on it. Repeat process until all the bread has been finished.

Heat up your oil and when it is hot start dipping your bread roll in egg then roll it in bread crumbs frying in batches.

Note: if you don’t want to fry all at once on same day, you may freeze these and fry them when you are ready to eat them. Also you can air fry these by spraying it with cooking spray before placing it in air fryer at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes.
