Steps

Grate the boiled raw banana.

Heat butter and oil add capsicum and mix veggies and fry for a few minutes.

Add tomato puree, ginger, chilli paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry it after a while add banana and combine everything well.
- 4
Add salt, sugar, and Pavbhaji masala, kasuri methi mix it well, cook for a few minutes.

Finally add coriander leaves and lemon juice,raw banana pav bhaji is ready

Note: you can add onion / garlic.
