Ingredients

  1. 3boiled raw banana
  2. 1 cupmixed veggies(cabbage, cauliflower,peas,beans) boiled
  3. 1capsicum chopped
  4. 1 tspchilli paste
  5. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspginger paste
  8. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  9. 1 tspkasuri methi
  10. 4 tspcoriander leaves finely chopped
  11. 2 tspPavbhaji masala (homemade)
  12. 2 tspbutter
  13. 2 tspoil
  14. 1 tsplemon juice
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 1 tspSugar optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the boiled raw banana.

  2. 2

    Heat butter and oil add capsicum and mix veggies and fry for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree, ginger, chilli paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry it after a while add banana and combine everything well.

  4. 4

    Add salt, sugar, and Pavbhaji masala, kasuri methi mix it well, cook for a few minutes.

  5. 5

    Finally add coriander leaves and lemon juice,raw banana pav bhaji is ready

    Note: you can add onion / garlic.
