Fried brown rice
Steps

Soak rice in water for 1 hr, wash it strain it, add in a deep bottom pan. In goes 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil & 4 cup water. Boil it, cook it until 90% done, turn off the flame, put it under running water for 30sec. Keep it over a bowl to remove the water completely. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Take a wok, add rest of the oil, heat it, in goes ginger & garlic, saute it for 30 sec.

Add in green chilli & onion, saute it until translucent.

In goes bell peppers, matar & carrot, mix it well.

Now add sugar & salt, mix it well.

In goes soya sauce, mix it well.

Now add boiled rice, add in vinegar, stir fry it for a minute.

Add in dhania patta, mix it well, stir fry it for a minute.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania sprig...
