Keep those jaggery soaked Add baking soda and oil to flour.

Now add jaggery water to it and mix it and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Now put ghee on a pan on low flame and remove the pudla with the help of a spoon
Now fry until brown color on both sides
This is how our very soft and meshy sweet Pudla is prepared
Now keep in a plate and garnish with dry fruits and serve.
