I get excited at the smallest things. This time around, it’s cooking cucumbers and not always have them cold and super crunchy. Slice steak into strips and marinate with soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and olive oil for 30minutes

Over medium-high heat, heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the steak until the juices start drying up

Add soy sauce and cook stirring for about a minute. Add cucumbers and cook for 30 seconds to avoid overcooking the cucumbers (they only need to absorb the flavors and gain a little color

Serve immediately
