Whisk egg in a bowl.

Add turmeric powder, chilli flakes and chopped coriander leaves. Blend.

Add wheat flour and salt. Addvwater to make a batter of running consistency. Liquid dough for making parathas is ready.

Heat a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Pour 1-2 laddles full of batter. Cook on low -medium heat till golden.

When golden, take out. Egg paratha with luquid dough is ready. Serve with chutney /sauce of your choice.
