Steps

Take the Cashew, Peanut powder, milk powder and sugar in a grinder jar and make a fine powder

Take this mixture in a mixing bowl and add the milk. Mix well and make a paste

Heat the Ghee in a nonstick pan on low flame. Add the above mixture and stir continuously till ghee dissolves in the mixture.
Switch off the flame and stir continuously for 1 minute. - 4
Cool down till five minutes.
Add the Saffron essence and elaichi powder and mix well.
Take the 1/4th part of the mixture on a palm and make a roll shape. Keep the roll on butter paper. Covered and rolling with fingers. Make all the rolls. - 5
Arrange the roll on butter paper and cut in the same
size pieces. - 6
Garnish with dryfruit pieces.A very delicious, mouth watering
