Ingredients

15 minute
24 pieces pieces
  • 1 cupCashew
  • 1 cupPeanut powder
  • 1 cupMilk powder
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 cupSkimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoonGhee
  • 3 dropSaffron essence
  • 1/2 teaspoonelaichi powder
  • 1 tablespoondryfruit pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the Cashew, Peanut powder, milk powder and sugar in a grinder jar and make a fine powder

    Take this mixture in a mixing bowl and add the milk. Mix well and make a paste

    Heat the Ghee in a nonstick pan on low flame. Add the above mixture and stir continuously till ghee dissolves in the mixture.
    Switch off the flame and stir continuously for 1 minute.

    Cool down till five minutes.
    Add the Saffron essence and elaichi powder and mix well.
    Take the 1/4th part of the mixture on a palm and make a roll shape. Keep the roll on butter paper. Covered and rolling with fingers. Make all the rolls.

    Arrange the roll on butter paper and cut in the same
    size pieces.

    Garnish with dryfruit pieces.A very delicious, mouth watering
