  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 cantomatoes
  • 1 tablespoonrock sugar
  • 1large piece of ginger
  • 2onions
  • 1carrot
  • 2 tablespoonsrice wine
  • 1 1/4 cupswater

    Clean the beef brisket thoroughly, cut it into pieces, blanch, and rinse to remove impurities. Place in a soup pot along with onions, carrot pieces, ginger, tomatoes, canned tomatoes, sugar, rice wine, and water.

    Cover the pot with a lid and place it in an electric cooker with 2 cups of water in the outer pot.

    Once the cooker switches off, let it sit for another 30 minutes before serving.
