Steps

Take all ingrediant.

Roast cashew nuts, almonds,pista on low flame 10 minutes each and roast grated coconut till become lite brown.Roast also poppy seeds,garden crees seeds 5 min each.Cut resins in two pieaces.

Make course powder of cashew nuts,almonds, pista.Also make rouch powder of garden crees seeds.Mix it above all.

Now take pan add 1/2 cup of ghee and after heated fry edible gum adding 1 tablespoon at a time till it become plaphi.Then crushed this plaphi gum with help of glass.

Now take pan add 1/2 cup of ghee and add 1.5 cup of wheat flour in it and roast it for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Now take suji and roast it adding 2 tablespoon of ghee up to light brown.Also roast dried dates powder adding 2 tablespoon of ghee for 5 minutes.

Roast also fenugreek seeds powder in 1 teaspoon of ghee.mix rosted wheat flour,sooji,dried dates powder,fenugreek seeds powder.

Mix all ingrediant adding cardamon powder and nutmeg powder proprly.Add also sugar powder and 1/2 cup of ghee in it and mix it well.

Heat pan and add jaggery in it when start melting switch off gas and add jaggery in above mixture and remaining ghee in it and mix it well.

Make ladoo.Above ingrediant you can make 50/60 ladoo.
