Take all the ingredients together.

Roast daliya in micro wave.keep aside.

Wash, peel and grate carrots by small hole grater.

In a mixer jar add roasted chana dal, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, fennel, cumin and grind finely.(Keep one tablespoon whole chana dal aside and then mix in ingredients)

Now in mixing bowl add add powder of chana daal and other items.Add grated carrots,salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and little water.Make dough from this.

Make tikkis from this.Heat a pan add one tablespoon oil and shallow fry all tikkis from both sides.

Serve hot.Enjoy the taste and you will love it.
