In a bowl take barley flour add pinch of salt 🧂 & knead with warm water dough should be soft cover & keep aside for 10 - 15 min

In another bowl mask sweet potato 🍠, potato 🥔 add other ingredients, spices & make stuffing masala correct the seasoning

Add 1/2 tsp ghee & knead the flour nicely & make equal size balls

Dust the flour on rolling board & roll it little stuff it with masala & close properly
With very light hand 🖐️ roll it with rolling pin
Heat tawa on gas on medium flame 🔥 put stuff roti on it; after few seconds flip it when you see brown spots on back side remove & on gas put jali & roast with little rotation - 5
Now put on gas & roast nicely apply ghee & serve with dahi / green chutney / plum chutney

I have little leftover stuffing mixture so I make tikki chaat in evening some guest come

Heat tawa on medium flame 🔥 roast tilli both side till golden in color by applying oil

Take tikki in plate add beaten yogurt

App palm chutney little spices like chili powder roasted jeera powder

Sprinkle some sev+ chopped coriander leaves & pomegranate seeds & enjoy sweet potatoes 🍠 tikki chaat
With one stuffing I prepare 2 things in a days
