Ingredients

  1. 2 stalkcelery
  2. 2 slicesginger
  3. 5 tbspketchup
  4. 3 slicesgarlic
  5. 1 tbspcooking oil
  6. Halfkg big shrimp
  7. Halftsp salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim and wash shrimp.

  2. 2

    Heat pan then pour oil.Stir fry ginger first then the garlic.Add in shrimp and let it cook until the color changes.

  3. 3

    Pour ketchup and salt.Add celery and keep cooking until shrimp are done.
