Ingredients

  • 1 packlettuce
  • 1 packground pork
  • 5garlic minced
  • 3shallots minced
  • 1 tspflour
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • Pinchground white pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash well lettuce then blanch for 3 mins.Drain and arrange in a plate.

  2. 2

    Heat pan and pour oil.Sautee garlic and shallits until aromatic.Pour ground pork and cook until golden brown.Add in soy sauce and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Then.pour flour slurry to thicken the sauce.Then cook until done.

  4. 4

    Pour over the lettuce.
