  • 4 tbsflaxseed
  • 6 tbssunflower seeds
  • 6 tbspumpkin seeds
  • Some almond
  • Some pista
  • Some cashewnut
  • Few threads saffron / green cardamom
  • 1 glass milk
  • Sugar to taste

  1. 1

    Take mixer jar add all nuts and saffron cardamom and grind

    Make Grind powder and keep it in jar

    Now take a pan add milk and add sugar and add grind powder and cook 5 minutes and flame

    Now transfer into serving glass
