Cooking Instructions

In a large pot sauté your ground beef until beef is browned, drain fat……..

Add to ground beef your Montreal steak seasoning, red onions, black pepper and garlic powder, continue to sauté until onions are tender……

Add to ground beef your Salsa con Queso, lower heat and stir until beef is thoroughly combined with the cheese sauce, remove pot from heat and set to the side ………

Slice your potato rolls in half and place on top of a large baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper………..

Place your ground beef mixture all over the bottom halves of the potato rolls, spreading the meat evenly over each roll …….

Place the tops over the potato rolls……

Cover the sliders with aluminum foil……..

Place sliders in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for about 10 minutes……..

Remove sliders from oven and combine your melted butter or margarine with the garlic powder and onion powder and brush over the tops of the sliders with the butter mixture………

Return sliders to oven and bake uncovered for about 8 minutes or until tops of potato rolls are golden brown, remove from oven ……. Serve and enjoy 😉!!!!
