Ingredients

  1. 6 cupsrolled oats
  2. 1/2 cupcoconut oil melted
  3. 1/2 cupmaple syrup
  4. Dashsalt
  5. 2 Tbspcinnamon
  6. 1/2 cupchopped almonds
  7. 1/2 cupchopped pumpkin seeds
  8. 1 cupcoconut flakes
  9. 1 cupraisins

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix the oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl.

    Spread mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with oil.

    Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

    While the mixture is baking, mix the nuts, coconut, seeds, and dried fruit together.

    Remove the oats from the oven and gently stir in the nut mixture. Respread evenly and place back in the oven for 15 minutes more.

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Gently break apart and store in an airtight container.
