Divide the rice into 5 equal parts and make onigiri. We use an onigiri mold, but you can also make them by hand. I also made heart-shaped onigiri using a cookie cutter.

Wrap the rice balls in the thinly sliced beef.

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the rice balls on all sides.

Pour soy sauce over the fish, mix well and it's done.
