Take nonstick heavy bottom pan add milk & milk powder & few drops of soaked saffron & put on gas
Continue stir it on medium flame 🔥 within 7-8 min it will thick consistency

Add ghee stir it ; now add sugar & cardamom powder cook for 2-3 min switch off gas & remove in plate for cool down
When it cool down take lemon size ball stuff with Mishri & make peda ; put thumb impression on peda garnish with saffron & chopped pistachio
