Pineapple, cranberry and cashew raita

In a bowl add yogurt, salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder. Whisk it until all incorporated.

Cut the pineapple in small pieces and add to the yogurt. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Garnish with cashews, mint leaves,cranberries and pineapple.

Keep refrigerated and serve cool with rice, paratha etc
