Normally I go with traditional way of making for any recipe. I thought to try something different this time. So with same ingredients, I've created Sabudana Potato Waffle.

Normally I go with traditional way of making for any recipe. I thought to try something different this time. So with same ingredients, I've created Sabudana Potato Waffle.

Soak sabudana for overnight. Boil the potatoes, peeled and mashed.
In the vessel, collect soaked sabudana, crushed roasted peanuts, jeera, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and potatoes. Mix it well. - 2
Grease the waffle maker with some ghee or oil. I used oil. Spread sabudana Potato mix. Close the lid and cook till it becomes golden in colour.
