Steps

First make paneer pieces; put them into the blending jar and blend them into smooth paste.

Now heat a pan, put crushed jaggery or nolen gurr in it. Keep the flame low, let the gurr melt. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes then add the paneer paste to it.

Let it cook for around 5 minutes on a low flame, then add 2 tbsp of ghee in it. Now mix it well with the mixture. Cook for another 3 minutes on a low flame.

Then add crushed ragi murmura or murmura powder in it and combine it well with the paneer mixture. Sprinkle some elaichi powder on it and mix it well. Finally add a tsp of ghee and give it a mix. Now switch off the flame. It will form a dough-kind.

Now take a cake tin or rectangular container. Apply some ghee to it, sprinkle some chopped almonds. Then put the mixture in it and spread it evenly as shown below. Now let it cool down completely and then keep it inside the refrigerator for an hour to set.

Then demould it by turning it upside down. Then apply silver foil on top of it and cut them desired size and shape.
