Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day,boil chickpeas till tender.

Soak boondi in warm water till tender.

Boil,peel and cube potatoes.

Finely chop the onion.

Dry roast and grind coriander,cumin and red chillies.

Whisk yoghurt till smooth.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in curry patta and onion.

Cook for few minutes.

Add in aamchoor,salt,chaat masala,ground masala and little water.

Mix it well.

Add in chickpeas and potatoes.

Cook till moisture evaporates.

Drain the boondi.

Put fried masala and boondi in yoghurt.

Mix very well.

Drizzle both chutneys on top.

Serve straight away.

You can serve it with papri and sev also.
