Moraiyo (spiced up)

Wash and soak moraiyo for about 1 hr. Heat up oil and ghee. Crackle cumin seeds. Add green chillies and curry leaves. Add grated potato and peanut powder. Fry for a few minutes. Pour water.

Add chilli powder and salt. Bring it to a boil. Add beaten curd and moraiyo.

Cook on medium to low flame till moraiyo is completely cooked and feels soft like porridge.

Serve with kadhi or curd and farali potato shak.
