How to prepare white rice
1. Per boil the rice
2. Wash and strain
3. Put water on fire and wait till it's warm
4. Add salt to taste
5. Pour in rice
6. Cover and let it cook properly

How to prepare sauce
1. Pour palm oil in a pot, allow to fry
2. Add crayfish, pepper, salt, maggi and okpehie
3. Add onions
4. Leave for some minutes and serve
