Ingredients

90 minutes
8 servings
  • 2 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupdesi ghee
  • 1 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/2 tspelaichi powder
  • 1/2 cupchopped makhana
  • 1/4 cupchopped kaju
  • 1/4 cupchopped badam

Steps

90 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a wok, add ghee, heat it. Lower the flame.

    Add ata, stir fry it on low flame until brown. Turn off the flame.

    Allow it to cool down. Mix sugar, elaichi powder, makhana, kaju & badam, mix it nicely.

    Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with rose petals...
