Ingredients

2 Hours
  1. 8 cupsRoma Tomatoes
  2. 6 cupsOnion
  3. 16 cupsApples (sour preferred)
  4. 3 TbsDry Mustard
  5. 3 tbsPickling Salt
  6. 3 cupsBrown Sugar
  7. 1.5 cupsRaisins
  8. 1.5 litersApple Cider Vinegar
  9. 1 TbsAll Spice
  10. 1/4 cupChili Powder
  11. 5 ozTomato Paste
  12. 1 TbsCayenne Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Using a food processor, chop everything fine.

  2. 2

    Add everything to a large pot and cook on medium low heat for 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Put in canning jars leavinf half inch head space. Process in a water bath for 10 minutes and allow to cool. Ensure jars have sealed properly.
