Ingredients

2 Hours
  • 8 cupsRoma Tomatoes
  • 6 cupsOnion
  • 16 cupsApples (sour preferred)
  • 3 TbsDry Mustard
  • 3 tbsPickling Salt
  • 3 cupsBrown Sugar
  • 1.5 cupsRaisins
  • 1.5 litersApple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 TbsAll Spice
  • 1/4 cupChili Powder
  • 5 ozTomato Paste
  • 1 TbsCayenne Pepper

Steps

2 Hours
  1. 1

    Using a food processor, chop everything fine.

  2. 2

    Add everything to a large pot and cook on medium low heat for 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Put in canning jars leavinf half inch head space. Process in a water bath for 10 minutes and allow to cool. Ensure jars have sealed properly.
