Start by washing and cutting your pork, tofu and sitaw.

Deep fry your tofu and set aside. Take your wok and fry the pork until fully cooked. Season with Patis.

Add your garlic and onions. Add pepper and bay leaves. Add soy sauce.

Add sitaw. Pour vinegar and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add sugar.

Add garlic powder. Add tofu back and simmer on medium low heat for five minutes. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy.
