Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 4chicken breasts
  • 4 slicesham
  • 8 slicesraclette cheese
  • Egg, breadcrumbs, flour for breading

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound the chicken breasts to flatten them, then season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Place a slice of ham on each chicken breast.

  3. 3

    Cut the raclette cheese slices in half and line up 4 halves along the edge of each chicken breast.

  4. 4

    Roll up the chicken breast tightly to form a log.

  5. 5

    Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and roll tightly to secure the shape.

  6. 6

    Freeze for 30 minutes.

  7. 7

    Bread each roll by coating in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

  8. 8

    Fry in hot oil for a few minutes until golden brown.

  9. 9
