Wash the basmati rice well.Then put oil in the pressure cooker.

When the oil is hot add cardamom cinnamon and bay leaf.Then add chopped onions.When the onions are fried add chopped tomatoes peas and salt..Then grind each one with turmeric powder salt and cumin powder green chilli.Then grind it well with rice when grated cover the lid of the pressure cooker with water.Take 3 whistle.After 2minutes open the lid and pour the husks in a dish.

Kushka pulao is ready.Add chopped coriander leaves on top.
