Tardigrade stew - because I watched a documentary about tardigrades during the cooking process. But also as tardigrades can survive anywhere you can survive pretty well on that delicious stew. (Sorry it is the first recipe I'm uploading so I don't have proper pictures.)

Drain and reserve the mushroom water; we'll use it later as it carries all the flavours.

Chop all vegetables into small chunks.

Cut the pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces.

Debone the chicken and chop the meat into bite-sized pieces. Microwaving it for about 1 minute first can make this easier.

Take the biggest pot you have and place it on the stove over maximum heat. Melt the butter and cook the mushrooms until they're almost golden brown. Then, add the chopped onion and garlic, and continue cooking until the mushrooms are fully golden brown.

"Add the vegetables to the mixture and cook for about 1 minute. Then add the pork shoulder and chicken pieces. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 2 minutes."

Pour in the water from the mushrooms, and if necessary, add extra water to fully cover the mixture. Bring the pot to a boil. Once boiling, cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for about 40 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

Once the dish is fully cooked and the meat is tender, remove it from the heat and let it cool for about 5-10 minutes. Then, add the sour cream and mix well.
