Ingredients

  • 1 cupurad dal
  • 2dry red Kashmiri chili Salt 🧂 to taste
  • 1/2 tspginger 🫚 finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1/2 tspcrushed coriander seeds
  • Oil for frying

45 minutes + soaking time
  1. 1

    Wash And Soak Urad Dal With Red Chili For 3-4 Hrs.
    Discard The Water And Grind It To A Smooth Paste

    Grind It With Very Less Water. In The Batter Mix Salt, Ginger, Chillies Jeera And Coriander Seeds

    Beat It Well Till Light And Fluffy In One Direction To Incorporate Air. Now Batter Is Ready For Vada

    Take small portions of this batter to your fingers. Make a ball. Slightly flatten the ball with your thumb. Next make a hole in the center.

    Heat Oil In A Kadai & Make Vada Fry It Nicely enjoy With Garana
