Til Gul Modak made with a mixture of sesame seeds, jaggery and added rose essence and petals.
Steps

Grind dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios) in a mixer jar and make powder.
Dry roast the poppy seeds for 1 minute. Then remove and keep aside to cool. - 2
Roast sesame seeds on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until fragrant. Then add rose petals and saute for 2 minutes. Turn off the gas.
Before grinding, remove the sesame-rose petal mixture in a bowl and let it cool completely. - 3
Add sesame-rose petal mixture, jaggery, rose essence, dry fruit powder in a mixer grinder. Grind all the ingredients until well combined. Then remove the mixture to a bowl or large plate.

Apply ghee on the Palms and knead well. Grease the modak mould with little ghee. Now place small balls of sesame-rose mixture in the mould.

Close the molds and press a little. Then remove the excess mixture. Then carefully open the mould and remove the modak.

Prepare all the remaining modak in the same way and remove them in a plate.

Offer this Rose flavour Tilgul Modak as an offering to Ganapati Bappa.
