Ganesh festival is very famous festival in India. For this festival many type of sweets are prepared at home. Today we are going to prepare besan burfi which is sweet and tasty.

Ganesh festival is very famous festival in India. For this festival many type of sweets are prepared at home. Today we are going to prepare besan burfi which is sweet and tasty.
Steps

First of all roast gram flour and suji seperately with adding ghee. Roast eat on medium to low low flame. When besan is changing in light color then remove it.

For making sugar syrup add sugar in pan and add 1/2cup water so that sugar will be wet.now stir it for 5 -7minutes. sugar is melted.we need proper consistency so add drop of sugar in water and see syrup is converted in to hard form.then immediately off the flame and add cardamom powder in it.

Now roasted gram flour and suji add in syrup and mix it well.grease plates with ghee and then add this mixture in that plate.immideately level up our burfi in tray and cut into pieces.

After cooling remove pieces from tray.
